"But on the inside of me, I was constantly holding back tears"

"But on the inside of me, I was constantly holding back tears"

Look what our community can do in only 45 days!

We've been floored by the overwhelming amount of support that we have received from our community! With your support (and $1,000 investments!), you inspired two big investments from the Chrysalis Foundation ($40,000) and from one of our Investor Owners ($25,000), creating a total of $139,120!

Not only that, together, we've secured permanent affordable housing for seven members of our community who now benefit from the stability and self-determination that our model creates.

Please read the heart-felt THANK YOU letter from our Executive Director Noni Session here, in which she openly talks about the tears and screams she hid during our 45-day #LandWithoutLandlords Coop 789 Capital Campaign.

What's Next?

Now, we're closing our $60,000 fundraising gap with funds from impact investors, foundation partners, and those procrastinators who have been meaning to invest but haven't yet! Keep spreading the word because this is the first of many projects! We're in the midst of planning our strategy for 2020 and you're invited to brainstorm with us.
