Our ability to demonstrate community solidarity, brought us into relationship with Northern California Land Trust (NCLT) who has helped us secure a 700k low interest loan, truly bringing the cooperative vision into reality.
That is affordable in perpetuity, community-owner-controlled, resident-owner-stewarded land--THAT WE ALL OWN, TOGETHER. <3
We are now moving to the final stage of securing the financing, The Rehab Costs. For this we still need 200 investors. Help us bring the vision home, literally. Become a Investor and /or Community Owner today at EBPREC.org!
