We're eyeing our next property... the Barn!

We're in the process of liberating a new property! We're currently in a six-month contract and have until late September to do our due diligence and decide whether we move forward with the acquisition.

The Barn is located right next to Esther's Orbit Room and is part of our larger mission to revive and activate the 7th St. Corridor in West Oakland. We envision using the Barn as a community cafe, meeting, organizing, and maker space and invite you to attend one of our upcoming engagements to share your thoughts on the future of this project.

Attend our next Black Business Co-Operators Orientation @ Esther's

Our first orientation for Black Business Co-Operators at Esther's Orbit Room was a success! We served homemade charcuterie, handed our our first run of EB PREC buttons and shared our vision to rebuild West Oakland's 7th St. Commercial Corridor.

Eviction Moratorium Workshop with the Unity Council

Knowledge is power, and in this workshop, The Unity Council will explain the City of Oakland's recent roll back of the Eviction Moratorium and how that impacts you as a tenant. Together, we can strengthen our resilience in the face of housing challenges.
