Strength in Numbers 💪
We're 300+ strong!
ICYMI, the 100th community owner joined EB PREC earlier this year. Which means we're now a community of over 300 community and investor owners. We're grateful to be growing in a year like 2020 and we're setting our intentions to do even more in 2021. Thank you for joining us on this journey. We're excited to build even more next year.
ESTABLISHING A JOINT ELECTIONS COMMITTEE
We're looking for individuals to staff an election committee that supports EB PREC’s election process.
The committee needs to fill the following vacancies:

INVESTOR OWNERS CAN FUND MORE THAN EVER BEFORE
EB PREC is now a Regulation A+ investment! Which is a fancy way to say investors in the state of California can now invest more than our previous limit of $1000 dollars. To recap, Investor Owners can:
- earn dividends of 1.5% annually
- vote on items brought to East Bay PREC's membership at member meetings or otherwise
- vote on two board members: governance and finance directors
- do good in our neighborhoods by creating opportunities for stability, autonomy and ownership for resident owners
If you love our people-powered approach, make it rain ☔️ Have a look at or offering circular here.
DID YOU KNOW? We offer an installment plan to invest. You don't need to drop the full amount all at once in order to invest.

BOOK | Worldshift Happens!: Facing Down the Fear, Waking Up the Mind | EB PREC member Carolyn North explores some new ways of: • framing reality; • looking aging and death straight in the eye; • and telling the fictional story of a family of survivors of the Great Shift in the year 2125.
