We're excited to bring a series of FREE virtual Resident Learning Mini Workshops to the public! This video discusses a type of EB PREC membership called "Resident Ownership," which is a unique housing cooperative structure created by EB PREC.

Whether you’re already an EB PREC Resident / Resident Owner, or simply someone curious about what resident ownership looks like in practice, these public one-hour workshops are a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of community wealth-building and our cooperative model.

East Bay Permanent Real Estate Cooperative's (EB PREC) Displacement Avoidance Project (DAP) set out to prevent the displacement of and empower our neighbors in Deep East Oakland as part of the City of Oakland's Better Neighborhoods, Same Neighbors initiative.
