EB PREC is launched, and now the work--together--begins!
Over 300 amazing local leaders came out to share the love vibrations and build a people powered movement in Oakland and nationwide.  Together, we celebrated the launch of EB PREC as a base from which to build our collective vision - Collective Land Stewardship and Community Self-Determination. Some Joyful Numbers Coming Out of the Dec 5th Launch Party:

• 1 ~ We announced our Very First Donated Property, which will house a dancer's collective!!
• 46 ~ Community Owners who have elected to come together to steer Community change in Oakland and the East Bay
• 78 ~ Investor Owners who have each committed their $1,000 investment to seed our first project at 789 61st Street 
• 789 ~ The building number for our very first Resident Owner organized Community investment campaign! #LandWithoutLandlords

EB PREC has launched! And we have only just begun. We need 322 more founding members to seed the Coop's first Community Owned Acquisition.  You can become a community or investor owner on our website TODAY!
